On February 25, at the Hyatt Regency Baku (Quba Hall), an exclusive conference titled "HR Risks and Loss Prevention" was organized by the Israel-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with GESCO Security (Azerbaijan) and SBY Solutions (Israel), with the support of Moonwake Investment.

The conference began with a welcoming speech by "Mr. Alex Kaplun", President of the Israel-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He expressed his joy at returning to offline events, noting that this was the first event held since the war. Furthermore, "Mr. George Deek", the Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan, delivered a speech discussing the difficult times Israel has faced over the past year and a half, as well as the hostages still held by Hamas. He also expressed hope for future collaboration between Azerbaijan and Israel, particularly in the fields of the digital economy and reconstruction efforts in Karabakh.

After the opening speeches, the professional part of the conference began, where "Mr. Guy Haran", CEO and founder of SBY Solutions, provided detailed insights into his company and its approach to addressing HR risks and security challenges. He shared his thoughts on the methodologies developed by SBY Solutions, leveraging the team's extensive field experience to tackle these critical issues effectively.

This one-day conference brought together leading experts and professionals in HR security, loss prevention, and risk management.

Senior HR specialists, department heads, and managers actively engaged in discussions, asking questions about innovative tools and best practices used in both countries to tackle similar challenges.
